1. DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of this Legal Notice, the following definitions shall apply:
· “User”: any person who accesses, browses, uses, or participates in the services and content offered on The Forum website, whether on a casual, recurring basis, or as a guest at theEvent.
· “The Forum Website”: the website accessible via theURL indicated above, managed by the Club and intended to provide information related to the “The Forum” event.
2. PURPOSE
This Legal Notice governs Users’ access to, browsing of, and use of The Forum Website. Through this notice, the Club informs Users of their rights and obligations regarding the content displayed, the logos and trademarks used, as well as the liabilities that may arise from the use of TheForum Website.
Accessing, browsing, or using The Forum Website implies the Users’ express and unreserved acceptance of all the terms of this Legal Notice, which has the same validity and effectiveness as any contract entered into in writing and signed with theClub. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Club reserves the right to modify the presentation, configuration, and content of The Forum website, as well as thisLegal Notice; therefore, we recommend that Users review it regularly.
Through The Forum website, the Club provides information related to the“The Forum” event (hereinafter, the “Event”), which is organized by theClub, as well as useful information for managing invitations. The Club owns, or holds the necessary licenses for, all intellectual property, industrial property, image rights, and any other similar rights relating to The Forum website, its content, and its look and feel, including — by way of example, but not limited to —photographs, texts, illustrations, logos, trademarks, designs, software, source code, interfaces, and other elements.
As a User, you are granted only anon-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license, limited strictly to personal use, to browse Web The Forum and use the features offered, always in accordance with this Legal Notice.Any unauthorized use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, public communication, resale, mass extraction, or any infringement of the rights of the Club or third parties, will result in the corresponding legal liabilities.

4. RULES FOR USE OF THE FORUM WEBSITE
The User agrees to use Web The Forum in accordance with the law, good faith, morality, public order, and the provisions of this Legal Notice.

· To carry out any action that causesdisproportionate or unnecessary saturation of The Forum website’s infrastructureor the Club’s systems or networks, as well as the systems and networksconnected to The Forum website.
Failure to comply with any of the foregoing obligations may result in the Club taking such legal measures as it deems appropriate in the exercise of its legitimate right sor obligations.
5. LIABILITIES AND WARRANTIES
The Club cannot guarantee, nor does it guarantee, the reliability, usefulness, or accuracy of all information contained on The Forum website, nor the usefulness or accuracy of the content made available to users through it.
The Club is not liable for the accuracy, completeness, or currency of information not produced by the Club itself and for which another source is indicated, nor for information contained on other websites accessible via hyperlinks or links fromThe Forum website, which may be provided as alternative sources of information and are governed by their own terms and conditions.
Consequently, the Club does not guarantee nor assume responsibility for:
· The continuity of the content provided through The Forum website;
· The absence of errors in said content;
· The absence of viruses, Trojans, worms, logic bombs, and/or other malicious or technologically harmful components on The Forum website or on the server that hosts it;
· The invulnerability of The Forum website and/or the impossibility of breaching the security measures adopted therein;
· The lack of usefulness or performance of the content on The Forum website;
· Failures of The Forum website caused by any type of attack on its servers or those of third-party service providers of the Club, as well as technical or security failures in the system of any such provider that prevent the operation of The Forum website;

· Any damages or losses caused to oneself or a third party by any person who violates the terms, rules, and instructions established by the Club on The Forum website or through the breach of security systems.
The Club declares that it has taken all necessary measures, within its capabilities and in accordance with the state of the art, to ensure the proper functioning of TheForum Website and to minimize any errors that may occur during its use or while browsing it, both from a technical standpoint and regarding the content published on The Forum Website.
The Club shall not be liable for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information published on The Forum website that originates from sources external to it, nor for that contained on other platforms linked to from The Forum website.
The Club reserves the right to suspend, modify, restrict, or interrupt, either temporarily or permanently, access, navigation, use, hosting, and/or downloading of content and/or use of services on The Forum website, with or without prior notice to users who violate any of the provisions detailed in this Legal Notice, without the possibility of claiming compensation for this reason.

The Club will respond to such communications as soon as possible and, in any case, within a maximum period of one (1) month from receipt of the communication.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION
In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the EuropeanParliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 85/46/EC (hereinafter, “GDPR”) andOrganic Law 3/2018 of December 5 on the Protection of Personal Data and theGuarantee of Digital Rights (hereinafter, “LOPDGDD”) all personal data provided during the use of The Forum website will be processed in accordance with the provisions of The Forum website’s Privacy Policy, which you must read and, where applicable, accept and/or consent to.
8. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE
If any clause of this Legal Notice is declared null and void or ineffective by a final judicial or arbitral decision, it shall not affect the remaining clauses, which shall remain in force. The affected clause shall be replaced by another that preserves the spirit and purpose of the Legal Notice.
The Club’s failure to exercise the rights arising from this Legal Notice shall not constitute a waiver of such rights.
9. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Applicable regulations shall determine the laws governing and the jurisdiction competent to hear matters concerning the relationship between the Club and users.However, whenever such regulations provide for the possibility for the parties to submit to a specific jurisdiction, for any dispute arising from or related to this Website or the services offered therein, the Spanish legislation in force at the time of the dispute shall apply.
Likewise, in cases where such applicable regulations provide for the possibility of the parties submitting to a specific jurisdiction, the Club and users, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
